No spoilers. We don't intend to share the story.
Recommendation
This one gets 2/5 because Suraj seems to be still making movies for the audience of 1990s.
Story, Screenplay, Direction: Suraj Barjatya
Actors: Salman Khan, Sonam Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Niel Nitin Mukesh, Armaan Kohli
What to Expect?
If you go by the history of Rajshri productions and seen the promos of PRDP all you expect is a family drama with lot of songs and music.
Does it Deliver?
It delivers in parts but does not make a full fledged impact like the earlier superhits of Suraj, namely, Mainey Pyar Kiya and Hum Aapke Hain Kaun. First half is good and engaging but the second half is dull and predictable.

What Works Well?
1. Salman Khan. Charms the audiences as Prem. No one else could have done this role better.
2. The way Suraj Barjatya presents Salman as Prem every single time.
3. Few songs/ music is really nice.
4. Casting of Sonam Kapoor as princess is an excellent choice.
What Doesn't Work Well?
1. Very predictable story line. Second half is dull.
2. Length of the movie. It can be trimmed easily by 20 minutes. At least one song can be cut.
3. The bad guys don't have any teeth. None of them are able to provide a scare. They seems to be the bad guys of the 1990s. Niel Nitin Mukesh doesnt get enough screen space, same with Deepak Dobriyal.
